Shipping Policy

At Lume Glow, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand delivery times, costs, and other important details.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note:

      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

      You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase

      A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:

      Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) — £3.99

      Express Shipping (2-5 business days) — £6.99

      FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £50

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs for international orders:

      Europe: 7-14 business days — £8.99

      Rest of World: 10-21 business days — £12.99

      International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

      A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number

      A link to track your package in real time

      If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at support@lumeglow.uk

5. Shipping Delays

While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please be aware that delays can sometimes occur due to:

      High volume periods such as holidays or sale events

      Severe weather conditions or natural disasters

      Courier service disruptions

      Customs clearance for international orders

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and in any safe locations around your property. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@lumeglow.uk and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@lumeglow.uk. We can only update addresses before the order is dispatched. Lume Glow cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
